Audiolines.com prides itself on being Chicagoland's leading Pro-Audio and DJ Equipment retailer, therefore we have instilled the following policies
to better serve our customers. Please contact Customer Service with any and all questions.
- All sales are final, no refunds, only exchanges are allowed. This is due to the nature of the products we sell. We SELL products, not loan them out for weekend parties. This is nothing personal, but helps keep our prices low. Please contact Customer Service with any questions. We will be glad to answer them.
- Customers will have five days from date of product arrival
to contact Audiolines.com and setup an exchange. We suggest using our Ticket System to insure timely processing of your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) request. Please make sure to put your ticket number CLEARLY on the outside of the package so we can process your return promptly.
- Shipping will be charged to the customer on all purchases as described on the invoice,
and also charged standard UPS rates on exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
- Exchange will only be allowed if all of the original
packaging is in tact and product is in original condition.
- Exchanges or Refunds will not be allowed on software or products that come with or contain software.
- No returns, exchanges or warranties on needles and crossfaders.
- Our showroom is open to the public and we are happy to let you demo any product we may not have on display at the time. We all like to get our hands on some gear before we settle on the right one, often times we have at least one Open Box or Warehouse Resealed unit on hand of popular products. These great deals go very fast, and are first come first served. We encourage local customers to visit us to ensue the product you want is on hand. With the thousands of products we see, we choose to keep our prices on Open Box and Warehouse Resealed products published all the time for all to see. Please contact Customer Service with any questions.
- All products are subjected to complete manufacturer
warranty. For any setup and configuration issues, we are able to help some, but due to the vast array of configurations, we suggest contacting the manufacturer of your particular product before requesting an RMA from us. Very often the experts who made your equipment can help much better than our sales engineers.
