EZ-Rail for Ease of Installation. JBL is proud to announce a major expansion of our Control Contractor Line. Introducing the Control 300 Series Large-Format Ceiling Speakers. Control 300 are larger systems than the Control Contractor 24 and 26 models, with 200 mm (8 in) and 300 mm (12 in) low-frequency drivers, high-power compression drivers, and higher sound output capabilities. Whereas the current Control Contractor ceiling speaker models are of an integrated design -- with pre-attached backcans -- these large-format speakers are sold separately from the backcans, allowing for pre-installation of the backcans. The main item is the driver assembly pre-mounted to a baffle, as shown in the picture, below. Accessories, sold separately, include best-in-class metal back boxes and contemporary grilles. The Control 300 models incorporate a number of innovations that are unique in the industry. MODELS: This product line consists of six models of coaxial drivers plus one subwoofer: Control 328C is a high power 200 mm (8 in) coax speaker, 250 watts, 45 Hz - 18 kHz. The 12 waveguide provides the pattern control of a 12 horn. Control 328CT adds a 60W multi-tap 70V/100V transformer. Control 321C is a premium medium-power 300 mm (12 in) coax speaker , 250 watts, 34 Hz - 18 kHz. Control 321CT adds a 60W multi-tap 70V/100V transformer. Control 322C is a high-power 300 mm (12 in) coax speaker, 400 watts, 32 Hz - 20 kHz. Control 322CT adds a 100W multi-tap 70V/100V transformer. Control 312CS is a 300 mm (12 in) in-ceiling subwoofer, 400 watts, 30 Hz - 4.5 kHz.
