The PS-215B is designed for use in permanent installations. This dual 15 subwoofer system will handle 800 watts of continuous program power to create an SPL of 125 dB (rated power at 1 meter).Each 15 subwoofer has a 3 voice coil and diecast aluminum frame. The direct-radiating design makes the PS-215B an ideal choice for a small venue or cinema. Although the usable frequency response ranges from 40 to 500 Hz, we recommend biamping the PS-215B with a full-range PS-12 or PS-15 at a crossover frequency of 125 Hz. Amplifier connections are made easy with Neutrik SpeakonTM 4-pin connectors.The PS-215B will operate upright or on its side with no performance loss. It couples to the floor or another cabinet via interlocking corners for increased bass output. All ProStax models include durable, perforated metal grilles and recessed molded handles for easy handling.
